Perhaps one of the most sought after flavor profiles in a coffee to be found, this years Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural Processed coffee does not disappoint! This coffee is from the Wote Konga washing station in the Yirgacheffe region of Southern Ethiopia. The coffee is dry processed (natural) and grown at altitudes of 1,800 to 2,200 meters. Rarely do you find a coffee with such rich dark fruit flavors and also a robust chocalatey heavy body. Tasting notes: Heavy, Chocolate, Blue & Blackberry, Creamy Roast level: Medium-Light Availability: Very Limited
